Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pick, pack, and hand off these orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Place your order before 2:00 PM EST on a weekday and we will make every effort to move it into processing the same day. Orders submitted after that time, or at any point over the weekend, enter our queue on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are sealed in insulated, cold-chain packaging and leave our facility Monday through Thursday only, so they are never stranded in a weekend transit hold.

International Shipping

trendrealm currently fulfills orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union member countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Shipments crossing international borders can trigger import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs processing charges when they reach the destination country. Your local customs office sets these amounts, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

As soon as your parcel is on its way, our system sends an automatic confirmation email with a live tracking link and the name of the carrier handling your delivery.

Should your tracking number or any tracking activity fail to appear within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate right away.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we prioritize fast dispatch, your order begins processing shortly after it is placed.

• To correct a shipping address or adjust your order, email us at support@trendrealm.click within 1 hour of placing it.
• We will make every reasonable effort to honor your request, but once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we send out:

• Perishable Items: If a temperature-sensitive item arrives spoiled, damaged, or otherwise compromised because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it never arrived, or if the contents arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
